Returns Policy
Customer satisfaction is our main concern. If for
some reason you are not happy with the item you purchased, you have 10 days to
evaluate the item before returning it back to us for refund, exchange, or
in-store credit. We will refund your money less the cost of shipping and
handling.
With in-store credit; you can purchase anything
of similar value on our website, shipping cost are always extra. All in-store
credits expire after 1 year from the date it was issued.
All Sales Final for framed art due to high
shipping cost and possible damage during shipping.
Return Procedure
***You must first call us at 1.800.578.3058 or
e-mail us at return@decorgallery.com to get authorization to return an item. We
will then e-mail you step by step return instructions. Return instructions, if
not followed properly, will be subject to other charges such as brokerage fees,
duty and taxes which will be deducted from your existing
credit.
We will issue your refund in the same form
of payment originally used for purchase within 3 business days from the
time we receive your return or in-store credit if you decide to purchase
something else.
Gift Certificate
A Gift Certificate can be purchased in any amount
(starting at $100) and can be personalized with your greeting and sent to the
